Refund and Return Guidelines

Customer satisfaction is our first goal at Drawer Mart. We are available to assist you if you are not quite happy with your purchase. The terms and procedures for returning goods bought from our website are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. WINDOW RETURN

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to request a refund. However, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide a photo as proof if you want a return.

Refunds and returns may not be available for requests made more than 30 days following delivery.

be in its true state.

be disassembled and unused.

Add all original hardware, parts, and manuals and wrapping.

Items that are returned without permission might not be accepted.

We will provide instructions for returning the item if your return request is accepted.

Method of Return: Mail

Return Shipping Fees for Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items.

Drawer Mart will give you a free pre-paid return shipping label if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or wrong. For claims that are accepted, we will additionally pay for return freight.

Returning with a Change of Heart

You are in charge of the return shipping expenses if you want to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the incorrect item, or no longer need it.

There are no restocking costs. 

  1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order is delivered, please check it.

Contact us within 24 hours after delivery if your item is wrong, damaged, or defective.

Please supply:

The number of your order.

pictures of the item.

pictures of the packaging.

An explanation of the problem.

After reviewing the claim, we will collaborate with you to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement as needed.

Items that cannot be returned

  1. The following products are not returnable:

cards for gifts.

final sale or clearance items.

items that are listed on the product site as non-returnable.

items that have been constructed, altered, misused, or used beyond what can be reasonably inspected.


  1. TRANSACTIONS

We advise requesting a refund for the original item and placing a new order for the desired goods if you would prefer a different item, color, or model.

  1. REFUNDS

We will send you an email with the status of your refund as soon as we receive and examine the returned item.

The refund will be applied to the original payment method if it is accepted.

Please be aware that processing and posting the refund to your account may take longer for financial institutions and payment providers. 

  1. TIME FOR REFUND PROCESSING

After the returned item has been received and examined, approved reimbursements are usually processed within ten business days.

Please get in touch with us if it has been more than ten business days since your refund was authorized and you still haven't received it.

  1. CANCELLED ORDERS
