ORDER TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email with your order details after placing an order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available, as soon as your product ships.
You can check the progress of your package on the carrier's website by using the tracking number that was provided.
Please get in touch with our customer service team if, after placing your order, you do not receive tracking information within three business days.

FURNITURE PRODUCT DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, many of our products—such as dressers, bedroom furniture, storage furniture, and home organization items—are supplied in boxed cartons and may need to be assembled by the buyer.
It is the responsibility of customers to make sure that furniture they purchase will fit through doors. hallways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended room before placing an order.
Drawer Mart is not accountable for delivery issues consequent from insufficient access or space limitations at the delivery location.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery if your order is damaged.
Include your order number, product and packaging photos, and a brief description of the problem.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders may not be able to be cancelled once they have been processed or sent. Customers should consult our Return & Refund Policy in such circumstances.
Due to inventory shortages, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, problems with payment verification, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impossible, we have the right to cancel any purchase. In the event that we cancel a purchase, the original payment method will get a complete refund.
